Yes, you receive an invoice for your order by email or on your Shopyaba account after checkout.

Yes, refunds are possible on Shopyaba if your item is eligible and meets our return policy conditions.

 

Standard delivery:

For most urban areas: ₦5,00–₦1,000 per order

For remote or rural locations: ₦2,500–₦3,500 per order

Package tracking in your orders lets you monitor the progress of your delivery. You’ll get updates on where your package is—from when it’s shipped to when it’s out for delivery and finally delivered.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order—but only before it is shipped. Once it’s on the way, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
